Summer Concert Nights FAQ

CedarCreek Estate Winery is thrilled to welcome our Summer Concert Nights series in our iconic Garden this July and August, featuring live musical performances that showcase outstanding Canadian talent and distinctive Okanagan Valley wines.  

Overlooking our lush Home Block vineyards and glistening Okanagan Lake, this intimate concert experience includes different packages to choose from, assigned concert seating, and complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue location.  

It’s time to spend a well-deserved, unforgettable evening of live music, signature snacks, and cool climate wines at CedarCreek Estate Winery. 

2022 HEALTH & SAFETY

Masking and vaccine verification are not currently required. If public health protocols change, our venue requirements will be adjusted in accordance with current provincial and municipal mandates.

 

WHEN CAN I BOOK CONCERT TICKETS?

Tickets for both CedarCreek Estate concert events will initially be released to Wine Club members, starting with Aspect Club members on Tuesday, June 14, then 50 Acre members on Thursday, June 16. Public sales begin Tuesday, June 21.

 

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

All ticket pricing will be released when tickets go on sale, starting June 14. All ticket pricing is inclusive of applicable service charge, ticketing fee, and taxes. All ticket pricing is in Canadian dollars.

 

WHAT ARE MY TICKET OPTIONS?

CedarCreek Estate winery concert tickets are available in two packages. Both concert packages also include the option to an included shuttle service from designated central locations around Kelowna.

  • Concert, Wine & Mezze Box includes concert admission ticket, complimentary round-trip shuttle (must be pre-booked at time of purchase), 2 glasses of Estate wine, and a savoury, Mediterranean inspired mezze snack box. 
  • Concert & Wine includes concert admission ticket, complimentary round-trip shuttle (must be pre-booked at time of purchase), and 2 glasses of Estate wine. 
  • Additional wine and a signature snack item will also be for sale on-site during concert nights. 

COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE

All shuttle services are fully booked. If you added shuttle services onto your ticket package, you can refer to the details and map linked below. Guests may also arrange their own designated driver or other mode of transportation (taxi, drive app, etc.).

Please note, concert guest individual vehicle parking at the winery will not be permitted.

HOW CAN I BOOK CONCERT TICKETS?

On the release date for that membership tier, wine club members will receive an email with a link and access code to book ticket packages for both concerts. Ticketing and payment will be done exclusively via the secure AdmitONE platform.

You will be able to select your package and pre-book your complimentary shuttle. Once you complete your order you will receive two emails: first a purchase confirmation with receipt, then, within 48 hours, a second email with your scannable tickets.

 

HOME BLOCK DINING ON CONCERT NIGHTS

Home Block restaurant will be open as usual on concert nights. If you would like to dine at Home Block before the concert, we recommend booking a 5:00 pm dinner reservation to ensure adequate time to complete your dining experience.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Ticket packages are non-refundable except in the event of a concert cancellation, in which case tickets are refundable via the original point of purchase only.

AdmitOne.com is the exclusive ticket provider for all CedarCreek Estate Concert Nights events. Tickets are only available for purchase online. Tickets will not be sold at the winery beforehand.

Tickets can be downloaded to an Apple wallet, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay. You can also print out the emailed tickets for scanning. You must bring your ticket(s) with you to the winery for admission. There is no will call, box office or replacement ticketing on the night. 

Home Block restaurant will be open as usual on concert nights. If you would like to dine at Home Block before the concert, we recommend booking a 5:00 pm dinner reservation to ensure adequate time to complete your dining experience. 

All concert seating is assigned by seat and row number. The Garden seating area of CedarCreek Estate is not wheelchair accessible (steps). Concert wheelchair spaces will be accommodated along the side of the Pavilion. If you have non-wheelchair seating needs to accommodate mobility, please check your seating assignment post-purchase, and contact us for assistance at info@cedarcreek.bc.ca prior to the performance.

Guests are welcome to arrange their own designated driver, taxi, or other driving service directly.

The winery will open for concert package admission at 6:00 pm. All Garden concert seats are designated by seat and row number. Concert seating will begin at 6:50 pm with show start at 7:30 pm. Concerts will finish at approximately 9:00 pm with return shuttle departures starting at 9:15 pm. The final shuttles will depart the winery at 10:00 pm. 

In compliance with BC Liquor Control Board, restaurant, and food safety licensing, outside food and beverage is prohibited on winery property. Additional wine, bottled water and a signature snack will be offered for purchase prior to and for approximately one hour into each show, or until the end of intermission, if applicable.

The signature snack for current performances is:
Crispy Chickpeas with hot and sweet paprika, and mint $7 + service charge & tax

Please note that while you are also welcome to purchase bottles of wine from the winery Tasting Room boutique during your visit, they must remain sealed. All wine for consumption during concerts must be provided by a hospitality staff member. All bags are subject to search by security personnel. Any prohibited food or drink will be confiscated and discarded, and you may be asked to leave the premises.

All concerts are performed outdoors and held RAIN or SHINE. There is no covered seating. Please dress for the weather, including rain gear and appropriate footwear for a grassed and/or wet area. Personal shade umbrellas are permitted only prior to the performances and during intermission.

CedarCreek Estate is a non-smoking and cannabis-free venue. There is absolutely no smoking or use of cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, or similar within the winery grounds.

Pets are not permitted inside the winery grounds during concerts. Service animals are permitted in all public areas of the grounds. A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability, and does not include emotional support, comfort, or companionship animals. Service animals must be housetrained and kept under control throughout their time on winery property.

We ask that you be courteous to your fellow guests and their view, as well as respectful of the artist’s performance.

Artist merchandise is provided by the artist or tour. Some artists do not carry merchandise with them. If available, merchandise will be in the Pavilion area.

All lost & found items are kept in a secure location at the winery. During a concert, contact any of our security personnel to enquire about your item. After the performance, please call 778-738-1020 or email info@cedarcreek.bc.ca. CedarCreek Estate is not responsible for any personal items or other property.
