Okanagan Local Delivery FAQs
We deliver across the Okanagan region, spanning from Osoyoos to Vernon, including key areas like Osoyoos, Oliver, Okanagan Falls, Penticton, Summerland, Peachland, West Kelowna, Kelowna, Lake Country, Oyama, and Vernon.
Okanagan Local Delivery shipments will reach recipients’ addresses between December 20 and December 23. The shipping address and contact information used at checkout will be provided to our team for delivery. A SMS will be sent the day of the delivery, and our drivers will call the recipients before the delivery.
To ensure swift delivery of your wine, please double-check that you’ve provided the accurate delivery address and phone number for our drivers.
Absolutely! Add your gift notes during checkout, and our team will ensure they accompany your shipment. Our drivers will happily deliver these personalized messages.
During checkout, input the wine’s shipping destination as usual. When prompted to select the shipping method, choose “Okanagan Local Delivery” before proceeding to payment.
Note: If your cart doesn’t meet the minimum order value ($50) or your address is not within the Okanagan, the “Okanagan Local Delivery” option won’t appear.
Yes, orders need a minimum value of $50 before tax to qualify for complimentary delivery. Orders below this value can be delivered for a flat fee of $25.
